4 years ago we opened our doors to bring a taste of Catalunya to Cardiff. We hoped that our passion for our native land would shine through in every dish and every wine; finally a dream had come to fruition.
An incredible amount of work goes in to sourcing and importing our craft wine and food products, however it’s something I relish doing. This short supply chain supports craft producers and gives such quality and honesty to the dishes we create and the wines we open. They are the “why” of La Cuina.
La Cuina “family” is a small one, a dedicated team who work very hard. I would like to say thank you / gracies to them and to all of our loyal customers, who return again and again to enjoy a slice of Catalunya.
