It’s already been an exciting week at La Cuina, on Sunday 2nd October we were mentioned in the Sunday Times food supplement magazine “Dish”, nominated among the best family run restaurants in the UK! One of only 2 Welsh restaurants mentioned.
We had more good news this week, we had confirmation that again we have been included Michelin Guide, for 2017. Michelin is the world’s most respected independent food guide. It’s a pleasure to be included alongside others who also strive for quality and high standards.
I think we need to open some Cava this week!
