  • Catalan white sausage from our exclusive farm with sautéed green peppers, mashed potato, and  tomato salad and garlic allioli

  • Red pepper stuffed with flavourful wholegrain rice and medley of vegetables

  • Gambas a l’all – large garlicky prawns with sautéed potatoes, peppers and aubergines
